Been lifting 20+ years, I've been in dozens of fitness magazines and this is an honest review. The creatine is great. Dissolves 100%, no smell, zero aftertaste, great on stomach, good price for serving size.

I take a scoop per day mixed in with my protein powder and Greek yogurt. Not much else to say.

I tried natural flavoured before. It tasted really bad. This actually has no flavour. No bitter, no weird after taste. Also, it doesn't make my skin crawl or feel weird. I don't feel a thing. But I have noticed more muscle growth and more energy at the gym. My sleep pattern is great. Also, the price is fair.

I am so picky and sensitive to what goes into my body. So many brands claim to be flavourless but are not! They usually taste bitter and chalky and thick. Most of them feel like you're eating sand.
